Villa Armonia ocated near the small fishing village of Boca de Tomatlan, is  an ideal location for those that wish to get away from the crowd, traffic, and high rise resort buildings of the Puerto Vallarta tourist area, but also have the connivance of a short drive into downtown Puerto Vallarta.  Our Villa is located next to a beautiful hiking trail that takes you along the ocean to some of the most beautiful and unexplored beaches in Puerto Vallarta. We are also located 4 miles from the Botanical Gardens and 4 miles from the Puerto Vallarta Zoo. With over 20,000 square feet of construction and 20,000 square feet of outdoors gardens and amenities, our  Villa  is an ideal vacation destination for family gatherings that seek ample entertaining space.

The Villa  has eight elegant and luxury beautifully decorated master suites. Every suite is uniquely different from each other. Each suite is uniquely designed, furnished and decorated. Furnished with elegant  furniture, the suites have large beautiful bathrooms and showers with walk in closets. All suites have king size beds with a living room area and sofa with wall mounted television, wifi, air condition, room to room intercom, large ceiling to floor sliding glass windows and beautiful marble floors. Every suite has large walk out terraces, with ocean, beach, gardens, swimming pool and tropical forest views.

The dining area is a very impressive, with a floor to ceiling curved window 20 feet high overlooking the ocean and beach. The dining area has a beautiful chandelier hanging from 25 feet vaulted ceiling above the dinning table . The glass dinning table sits 14 guest. It is truly a wonderful place for family dining gatherings. The kitchen is furnished with high end quality appliance ( Thermador, viking, and sub zero ) and wine coolers, a large window view to the ocean. with a dining island for 8 guest. It is certainly a chefs dream kitchen.

The living room is separated from the dining area with a beautiful indoor garden. The living room is an impressive area, with fine imported wood carved entertainment display case. With wrap around sofa facing the a large build in television, fine furniture, and entertainment bar. All this areas have large walk out terraces overlooking the beach.The  Villa  has 14 bathrooms, an indoor waterfall cascading two floors, a grand entrance, a lobby, two laundry rooms, several furnished retread areas to socialize at.

The outdoor garden area is beautifully landscaped with tropical trees, plants, flowers and coconut palm trees . Every angle of the outdoors area has beautiful ocean, beach, and tropical forest views. The facility has two large swimming pools, one is an infinity swimming pool overlooking the ocean, with a waterfall cascading down a huge natural rock. The other swimming pool offers an impressive 60 feet high by 60 feet wide waterfall cascading into the 9 feet deep swimming pool. It is a beautiful and impressive area to relax and enjoy the natural breeze that the waterfall provides.

The facility offers a commercial and very well equipped outdoors  kitchen capable of serving up to 100 guest, with 6 commercial refrigerators, commercial oven, fryers, stoves, microwaves, dish washing area, and hot plate area. The outdoor area also offers a well stock wine, beer, soft drinks, and alcohol bar that overlooks the outdoor dining area. The dining area overlooks the ocean, beach, gardens, swimming pools and tropical forest. Dining for up to 100 guest or a very comfortable area for small family gatherings, for parties, dining or relaxing.

Transportation to any and all beaches south of the  Villa  is provided by local boat taxies that take clients to villages and beaches located along the coast. The  Villa has  private access to the beach and into the small fishing village of Boca de Tomatlan.

Private drive way   will accommodate 10 vehicles and parking to accommodate an additional 30 vehicles is available on the property

Security booth located at the entrance to the  Villa  provides 24 hour security personal , and security cameras. Villa  property is very secure, protected, private, and safe.
